So, you want to get in shape, but don’t like the idea of going to the gym? Then this may be the right course for you, as we focus on training in a more natural way than when you use equipment or machines.
Fitness II is perfect for people who want to mix cardio workouts with a bit of strength training. Each week consists of a variety of bodyweight and free weight exercises under the guidance of our trainers Judith and Milton.
