Do you want to get moving, but don’t know where to start? Join our Fitness I course and take the first step toward a more active lifestyle and developing your own workout routine.

In Fitness I, you’ll be training in a more natural way than when you use equipment or machines at the gym. It’s the perfect workout for people who want to improve their cardiovascular fitness while also building some muscle.

The training consists of a warm-up followed by endurance exercises (steps or aerobics), intensive interval strength training and concluding with some stretching exercises. The last half hour is filled with a fun activity such as volleyball or cool-down techniques.

Sisa Uma, our professional trainer, works with a group of about twenty permanent members and enthusiastic beginners.
